Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Finery London purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face coverings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include the completed dispatch note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the pre-paid return label provided in the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
